WebDid all Kami medals on my second playthrough (get Kage asap), and god it was a walk in the park, while getting Yurei medals on most levels without trying, finished in a few hours. I'm not 100% sure it was because Kami is actually that much easier, or if it's because your second playthrough is actually an awful lot easier when you know enemy placements. For Yurei medals you only need 'no alerts', so it doesn't matter if you get 'spotted' (yellow indicator) or 'detected' (red indicator).
