Do I just plug it into the AIO pump header or will that make the fans run 100 percent like the pump? Would it work better to hook up the fans with an extension directly to CPU_FAN and the pump to AIO? Again we do some load limit checks. All of the standard fan headers can supply up to 1.0 A max current.

My board has 2 cpu fan connectors - CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT, they function the same, the OPT one is just an additional one if you have a dual fan cpu cooler.
