But one thing I have yet to discover how to do is remove a pending delete from another user/workspace. tf undo won't do it, and I've tried some combinations of other command with no luck.

WebSep 21, 2016 · You're undoing the pending change on the project file, but not on the deleted file. You'll need to go to the Pending Changes tab in Visual Studio and also undo the pending delete. So long as there is a pending delete on the file, get-latest will not restore the file (the pending change is more recent than the latest version on the server).
