WebI was just looking at camping costs for Llyn Gwynant campsite in Snowdonia and they charge £16 a night for spring bank holidays, plus they charge you £2 for your car each night. £3 if you have a small van and £5 if you have a larger one. To me this seems extortionate. Additionally, they charge a £5 online booking fee which seems ridiculous! This is a quiet campsite, ideal for a ‘back to nature’ break, where stereo systems and music are not welcome.
