Products & Ordering - Graph Tech But I was surprised to find that they also seem to give me improved tuning stability. WebAug 5, 2012 · It would chime, but it just didn't have the sharp stratty tone that that a normal strat would have. I ended up replacing the graphite GraphTech saddles with the FerraGlide Graphtech saddles. The FerraGlides have graphite only at the point of contact on the saddle. The rest of the saddle is stainless steel, I think.

I don't want that. However, the string saver classic promises to retain that high end.
