For example, I run IIS and can access site using localhost, when I run azure emulator, I can access it using localhost too (tried different ports, but they don't matter). Webb29 nov. 2013 · We experianced this issue by executing an npm command to generate a client from open-api. We always received the error "ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8000". Instead we could access the open-api spec with localhost:8000.
