Webb· 4y Polymer clay is waterproof all by itself. If your bracelet consists of only clay, then you don't need to seal it with anything. However, if you'll be adding surface design like paint, ink, or powder than yes, you will need to seal it. I use Varathane, however I'm not sure if it is waterproof. I would suggest researching and testing stuff out.
