WebAbstract: Trisomy 20p is a chromosomal anomaly resulting from whole or partial duplication of the short arm of chromosome 20. It is a rarely reported syndrome and it is estimated that there are only a few cases of this condition worldwide, which hampers the phenotypic characterization of this entity. WebMay 15, 2007 · We report on a case of a de novo trisomy 20p in a 5-year-old boy. The patient presented with dysmorphic features, mental retardation, poor coordination, cardiac malformation, kyphosis, hypospadias, cryptorchidism, and preaxial hexadactyly. No growth delay was noticed.
